About Us

We are delighted to welcome you to the Etchingham Church of England Primary School website.  

Etchingham is a Church of England Voluntary Controlled School. We seek to provide a caring and stimulating environment in which our pupils will achieve their potential as children ‘made in the image of God’ and will learn to love God and to love learning.

We offer a wide range of enrichment activities and sports to develop the whole child and our exciting curriculum is designed to enable each of our children to flourish and ‘be the best they can be.’ 

We are federated with Bodiam C E School and our children chose the name of Riverside Federation as the River Rother is common to both villages (See Federation tab). The 2 schools chose the Federation logo and recently refreshed the values of the Federation. Pupils across the 2 schools voted to focus on 3 core values to underpin everything that we do:
